Authors should submit an electronic copy of the  contribution to the following e-mail address The contributions should be sent only in Microsoft Word format to enable editing, anonymization and comments.

All articles received for publication are subject to a review process in ”double blind” peer review system, in compliance with the international standards of scientific reviews. Thus, any article submitted for publication will be reviewed by at least two reviewers with a national and international reputation in legal sciences. The review will be done on an anonymous basis (author’s name is not communicated to the reviewers; reviewers name is not communicated to the author). If is necessary, the authors will receive recommendations and observations to improve the quality of their paper’s content. Upon recommendation of the reviewers, it is possible to refuse publication of the article. Case notes are reviewed by the editors in a single-blind process, but may be subject to external double-blind review where appropriate. Book reviews are reviewed internally by the editors.

Authors shall be informed about any recommendations and comments of reviewers in order to improve the quality of the article. Once submitted article has been accepted for publication, the author should submit its final version, including the comments of the reviewers who reviewed the article.

The evaluation of the articles is done by the members of the Editorial Board together with the external reviewers of the Revista de Drept Constitutional/Constitutional Law Review. The articles evaluation is performed by scientific reviewers using the Evaluation form for the articles that are received by RDC(from Editor-in -chief)

There are no fees for processing and publication of  contributions.

Articles not accepted for publication shall not be refunded.
